The beautiful city of Bangalore is in the southern part of India,
it is also known as the silicon valley of India. The garden city is one of the
most beautiful cities in the country and is well known for the weather. The culture
prevalent is very accepting and I had the opportunity to stay at this place for
four years of my life. The city is very different from where I had come from
but I fell in love with the place as soon as I came in. Bangalore as a package
is amazing but I had a problem, it was the food. I missed the taste back home
and there were a lot of people around me who felt that way, Bangalore has an
ever growing population of people from northern parts of India. My idea has
come from the problem I faced, one can have any kind of cuisine for an exorbitant
amount but there are very few places which provide you with quality food at a reasonable
amount. The setup would be for ones’ regular usage and a lot of thought will be
given to keeping the menu flexible and customising the dishes t consumers taste
and preferences. The ambiance of our joint will play a huge role in attracting customers,
the place is tailor made for a homely environment, we will not have table and
chairs in our setup rather we will have Divans and pillows and cushions which
would be apt for our target audience who spend their entire day on chairs.
The marketing of our service will involve a lot of social
media which has a strong presence in a high tech city like Bangalore , along
with that we will have a few warmers before we have the big opening, where we
serve our delicacies on no charge basis in order to know our customers better. Our
pamphlets will be distributed around colleges and IT offices to promote the
place, this is our plan in a nutshell.
